Any County resident can object to the project, especially if they do not want the BCC County Commissioners to approve the waiver of eagle protections as specified in County Statute 4.01.10 Habitat Management for the Bald Eagle, which the sitting BCC affirmed shortly after the Federal Protection for this species had lapsed.
